25/3/19 - Eugene's Pick Qualifies for Provincial Championship Final

The Bell View Park owned mare Eugene's Pick (pictured) has qualified for the $500,000 Provincial Championship Final for trainers Robert and Luke Price.

Eugene's Pick qualified for the race after running an excellent third in one of the heats at Kembla Grange on Saturday. Eugene's Pick jumped well from the outside gate for jockey Adam Hyeronimus and showed good speed to push forward and sit second outside the leader Mandylion. She joined the lead half way down the straight but was swamped late after working hard early in the race on the heavy track.

The 1400m Provincial Championship Final will be held at Randwick Racecourse on Saturday April 13th.

12/3/19 - First Up Win For Blue Morpho

The Bell View Park owned Hussonet mare Blue Morpho won first up over 1400m at Morphetville on Saturday for trainer Will Clarken and jockey Jake Toeroek.

Blue Morpho jumped well from barrier 4 and sat just behind the leaders. She was taken to the outside at the top of the straight where she showed excellent determination to pull away from the field to win by just under a length.

It was third win from nine starts for Blue Morpho who also won the listed Laelia Stakes in 2018. To view Blue Morpho's pedigree click on the link below.

21/2/19 - Randwick Win For Eugene's Pick

The Bell View Park owned 4yo mare Eugene's Pick (pictured) won her first metropolitan race at Randwick yesterday for trainers Robert and Luke Price.

Eugene's Pick jumped quickly from the outside gate and worked across the field to lead comfortably. Jockey Adam Hyeronimus rated her well in front and she kicked clear at the top of the straight and was able to hang on to win the 1400m event by a narrow margin.

Eugene's Pick has now recorded 3 wins and 3 placing from 8 career starts and earned $83,975 in prize money. She is a daughter of top class stallion Mastercraftsman and is out of the Fusaichi Pegasus mare In Essence, who is from the family of G1 winners Bonanova, Telesto and Fraternity.
